Alex, from Fix & Save Appliance came out the same day I called for help. He diagnosed the problem explaining everything and came back to replace the part as soon as it came in. Alex is amazing. We had an issue with our washer and it required a very expensive part to repair properly. Quick response, thorough attempt at repair  of my washer and honest. He could’ve charged hundreds for a repair that would have been a bandaid and led to more expensive issues down the road, but he didn’t. Highly recommend!
