Our service call fee is competitive and is waived when you proceed with the repair. We provide the exact cost before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Our diagnostic fee covers the cost of our technician visiting your home and diagnosing the issue. This fee is applied toward the repair cost if you choose to proceed.

Most repairs are completed within 1-2 hours. Complex issues may require additional time or a follow-up visit if parts need to be ordered.

Repairs

Yes, all our repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we’ll fix it at no additional cost.

We use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible. In some cases, we may use equivalent aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications.

If we determine that repair isn’t cost-effective, we’ll let you know honestly and can recommend replacement options. You’ll only be charged the diagnostic fee in this case.

As a general rule, if the repair cost is less than 50% of a new appliance and the unit is under 10-15 years old, repair is usually the better value.

We can repair any appliance, but if your appliance is under manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first as the repair may be covered at no cost.
